Black America is in a Downspin

Black America is in a downspin, everyone is blaming each other for their problems. Black America has been showing a lack of respect for each other also, Black America is showing the need for education. The lack of preparation is showing the lack of success in Black America. As a black man I am saying these strong words because that is what I am seeing. In this so called age of change Its Black America that needs the most change and it is Black America that is so afraid of change. If Black America what’s the greater quality of life it is on us as Blacks in America to make a change happen. We have to break the walls that separate us so we all can come together for a greater goal. We must remove the attitude that it is the white man that is holding us back, that is false we as a race is holding ourselves back with the lack of education. Without an education we can not succeed Black America must start prepping our kids for success by letting them learn as much as they want. Don’t hold back a child with the thrust for knowledge because that child will help out other on his or her way to success. Also, Black America we must realize that we all can’t be the next Kobe Bryant or the next Young Jeezy we must focus on what makes us happy and what we need for growth in our lives. It is also being said that the sense-less violence against us needs to stop. However, the violence will not stop until we start loving ourselves, we go to gangs for the family type atmosphere, but in our own homes the love is sometimes not their so we need more emphasis on family. Without a strong family foundation behind you, you can’t feel for nobody but yourself and you lack respect and the proper teachings on being a nice soul. In the end it is on you if you want to stay at the bottom or if you want more for your self. People can help you on the way but don’t count on them doing everything for you. In these hard times this is the time when you can find out how much character you have or if you are just another sheep in the flock. Black America it is now or never.
